THE SIMPLEX TEAM
Product Developers: Our development team have travelled across the globe to meet with designers who have come up with concepts of new lighting products. The team then bring these designs back home, tailor them to suit our customers’ needs and work alongside the manufacturers to create them.
Manufacturers: Our buyers ensure that only the best materials and highest quality components are used in our products, and our manufacturers are trained effectively in constructing a product to perfection. This is to make sure that all of our products are durable and of excellent quality; they are tested to BS/EN Standards where applicable.
Warehouse Specialists: When our products have been built, they are then stored safely in our 20,000 sq. ft warehouse. The specialists manage our products, as well as daily incoming goods, with stock location accuracy so that products can be efficiently picked and packed.
Marketing Team: To ensure that you have the best experience when ordering from us, our marketing team conducts research so that we can receive feedback on how we have performed. They are also sourcing new products for the website.
