WEEE Recycle Service

When you purchase a new lighting luminaire from us, you can return an old like-for-like luminaire for responsible recycling, free of charge.

A fee of £44 per collection will apply for the collection of your old luminaire, and you’ll need to be at home to oversee the collection. Alternatively, contact your local council to find your nearest WEEE recycling site.

How it works

Purchase your new lighting product from us.
Contact us to request WEEE take-back.
Provide your order details and information about the old luminaire.
We will provide instructions for returning or arranging collection of the equipment.

Please ensure that electrical equipment is safely disconnected before collection.

What to look out for

Your electrical equipment should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below. This means the electrical equipment should not be disposed of with your household waste and we kindly ask they are disposed of through the correct channels.

Returned equipment will be sent through appropriate WEEE treatment and recycling channels.
